How much is the concert/age requirements/directions?
Most concert dates which are tentative are noted - if you want ticket prices, age, availability or set time information, call the club.

Can I send you a sound file?
Do not under any circumstances email us sound files or links to sound files. They will immediately be deleted.

Do you accept demos?
If you are not familiar with the aesthetic of Kranky, please do not waste your time and ours by sending us something. That said, we do accept unsolicited demos. We do not keep track of all the packages we get, nor will we give you feedback on your music if we are not interested, so don't ask. Pictures and lengthy bios are unnecessary. Please include contact information. If we do like what we hear, we will be in touch.
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT SEND US PACKAGES AS "CERTIFIED MAIL", "REGISTERED MAIL", "SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION" OR ANY OTHER SERVICE THAT REQUIRES OUR SIGNATURE. WE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO STAND IN LINE AT THE CHICAGO POST OFFICE TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE. IF YOU DO THIS YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR PACKAGE TO BE REJECTED AND RETURNED TO YOU.

Can I get a poster?
Posters are reserved, by and large, for distributors, stores and concert promoters. That is their purpose in life - to promote releases and bands on tour. Domestic mail order customers get free posters with a vinyl purchase only. We do not sell posters separately.

Can I get a job?
No.

Can I get promos?
Depends. Justify yourself and what you can do for the label and bands. And then do it.

Can I get a t-shirt?
Sure, as soon as we get more made.
